I've made some pork, leek and apple casserole in mustard sauce. That's going in the freezer.

I'll probably have a spag bol that's Lurking/Defrosting on the side.

There's always ingredients here.

Nah it’s Sainsburys idea of fiery so kinda middlin. Like a kfc zinger. But not bad for shop bought

Parmesan of course. I make a famous frittata with anything I can see in the fridge. From toms to beans, spuds and brocolli.
