I'm suffering from a severe sore neck, I've brought a memory foam pillow but still no help as it feels more uncomfortable any one tried any of the others as I really need a good nights kip

Memory foam isn't all it's cracked up to be and it doesn't breathe very well, have you tried a good quality feather one Hun?

Feather - if you are not allergic. It moulds itself to you. Goose down is best, I think. I have one and not had a bad night since starting using it.

I always use a posture support pillow now as I had lot's of problems with my neck in the past. They take a little time getting used to but I won't use anything else now, even take it with me if we go away (sad I know!!). Might be worth a try.

.

The V pillows as well, support your head well. I used one of those on top of an ordinary pillow x

I am having the same problem too. The memory foam one that came with my mattress was too hard as the one that came with my friends (his are pillow shaped whereas mine isn't). I have since then spent about £100 on pillows and just cannot get the mix right (I like two pillows). I seem doomed not to sleep and wake like you with back pain, head aches too having spent most of the night, tossing and turning

No and the mattresses aren't either, like sleeping on a slab of stone, way too hard for me, especially as I am a side sleeper

Sheffield

Dunelm do a fantastic duck and goose down pillow. It's fat but shapes really well.
