Tantric sex is really something that comes after Tantra training.
There are different ways to learn Tantra and like yoga it is a life long pursuit.
Neo Tantra and Traditional Tantra are not the the same thing. |

I’m on a tantric path at the moment and have been blessed to have a fab teacher as part of the journey. Basically tantric sex is a spiritual practice that focuses on intimacy and connection between those involved. It’s about slowing down, breathing deeply, and maintaining eye contact to enhance pleasure and deepen the emotional bond between partners. OP, now you’re contributing to a repeated topic on the forum.  
Sometimes I wonder what others define as tantric sex. Some seem to it as synonymous with sensual, heavily tactile, slow paced sex that others may describe as lovemaking (there are also those that say it can’t be lovemaking if you don’t love the person, but I digress.)
Others see it as the practice of tantra.
Whatever it is, it does intrigue me but I often doubt I have the patience to properly practice tantra in sex. I like very greedy, wanton sex where I’m devouring and being devoured. The slow, deep breathing stuff reminds me of meditation, which I cannot get into. |
