Being a site supporter you're supposed to be able to save message threads.

As new messages are added my side of the chat is disappearing.

Is this normal

Just got a one side chat log now

I wonder if there is a difference between mobile +desktop.... All of my friends messages disappear...some if the revived messages are mental with losds of one sided /partial conversations

If i really want to keep something i add it to the private notes function on their profile, or move it to my phones notepad (names/contact details etc)

Same here, I’m a site supporter and messages I’ve saved, only my thread of conversation remains.

It's really annoying especially if you're having lots of messages going back & forth that day, even they vanish.
