If you want a lower calorie high protein option 0% fat greek yoghurt, 10g protein per 100g. 300g of that with 100g of frozen berries is about 240 calories.
Or 4-5 scrambled eggs. 24-30g protein, 260-325 calories.

I'm using a vegan greek style protein yogurt (not sure of calories) with fresh blueberries, banana and raspberries - sometimes with mango too for breakfast |

"Your figure is amazing OP, please don’t stress about it x"
I know you mean well but i think this comment is misplaced - as women we know our bodies and menopause causes a lot of changes to a woman's body |

"I need to lose a bit of weigh that I've gained postmenopause.
I know I need to eat more protein, but I'm struggling with breakfast ideas.
Thanks"

Smashed avocado on toast. Smash with lime & pepper, sprinkle a bit of chilli on the Avocado and top with poached egg.
Banana pancakes, smashed Banana, one egg, vanilla flavour, cook on low heat with lots of butter. Serve with Greek yogurt and berries. |

I wouldn't change a thing OP from looking at your pictures but it's easy for me to say, you have to feel great in your own skin don't you.
I don't know if you do but walking 30ish mins every couples of days helps as well with a new diet regime. |

I've lost 4 stone in 14 months by just cutting out junk food and cutting back on snacks and going for walks and cutting out comfort food so it's been hard but I'm used to it now but you look great x |

thank you for your suggestions.
Regarding the lovely compliments, I do take them on board but I'm unhappy with the reflection/shape/weigh in the mirror. A change of meds hasn't helped the weight but it's helped me massively with my mental health and now I feel ready to become healthier and drop some weigh.
I've not exercised properly for 6yrs, so very unfit but I'm 1 week into a 28 day fitness schedule using kettlebells/dumbbells and body weigh. Also doing steps daily. And stretches and yoga.
I've been shopping, and making a few meals for the next few days.

What you think is the most important.
My son is doing sports science and suggests 20 to 30g of protein in a breakfast. His go to’s are eggs, nut butters, yoghurt and fruit. When he’s splashing out goes for smoked salmon and guacamole with eggs. I’ve also made him a Shakshuka, with added spinach in the past. |
