Very much prefer keeping my small family unit around me, if not I'm fine in my own company, my parents were always very private people and kept to themselves and I guess it's what I've always known x L x |

Can't stand my own company! There doesn't seem to be a moment in the day I'm alone (even when I'm in the loo the kids will follow me in to chat)....I thought I longed for some time alone...turns out I can't stand it!

I used to live on my own for 3 yrs before I met the missus. Some days I would go to the shop to buy something I didn't need, just to talk to someone
I love my own space and peace & quiet, but sometimes you need human interaction |

"Alot of people can't deal with being alone...
Me, well I am good in my own company - can't see why people 'need' to be around others... Except for the obvious."
But you came here just to share that with the ether ? |

Maybe because occasionally the ethereal can lead to "the obvious"...??? |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I've been thinking about this overnight and I'm now undecided. The simple fact that I spend and enjoy time on here, as much as I do may mean the opposite. The advantage is that I don't have to speak, or listen to anyone, and put on the whole public face so it's less tiring than being with real people. I can ignore on here without appearing rude, which isn't an option face to face. |
