A Love, Unreciprocated:
Your fingertips stroking my skin,
Making me melt to let you in.
Your lips, so gentle, upon mine,
These sensations… tingling, so divine.
When I look at you, I get lost in your eyes,
For a moment let me fantasise.
That you’d be one with me, and I with you,
That this would be love and a love so true.
For I crave your touch, your embrace,
Because this moment is my happy place.
Let our bodies feel the passion and entwine,
I will be yours if you will be mine.
But it is nothing but a love, unreciprocated,
I belong between not being loved and not being hated.
For I wish you would see me as I see you,
Sometimes I stay awake thinking “if only you knew”… |
