I set up a couple profile yesterday and it was up and running for 24 hours - I paid for gold membership and we had received a verification on our profile. Just now we got the profile (unlimited filth) suspended as they wanted us to photo verify - which we have done but they will not verify our account!!! Happy to take our money tho!! |

Maybe it's your status asking for veris?
Maybe you need to have the pic verified first? |

How long ago did you send the pic for photo verification?
On my couples profile it took approx 24 hours for it to be verified. |

We got verified within the hour. We imagine on weekends its alot slower. |

Don’t say it takes 10min then also why couples have to be phot verified yet there are thousands of single males etc who have been on for over a year and aren’t . Don’t get me wrong I think everyone should be photo verified before yoh can do any interaction on the site stop all the catfishing and fake profiles |

Totally agree on needing to be verified before you can interact since the verification picture isnt shown. I get some people need anonimity but thats granted since the pic isnt shared. |

Photo veri means little more than zero. May as well have the ‘I’m not a robot’ checker |

Some people have to do a compulsory PV. All I can suggest is patience is needed after you do it as sometimes it may take time depending on the day or if there are enough Mods logged in |
