I think they only hard at first till you get used to it body is remarkable at adapting to stress you put it under, that being said I much prefer physical stress to mental I get both in my job (running small paving/building business) and give me the physical side of it over the mental any day of the week |

I have worked in different industries over the years and I have found work is work. Work will grind you down if you let it. It is unfortunate for all of us, that we have to sell our time to get by.
Work isn’t the problem, the problem is the way the world works. I wish things could change. |

Social workers especially in children's services are very stretched and over worked. An extremely stressful position to be in. I worked under this service and pickup a lot of what we can from social Clare and we are called family support workers. |

"Commi Chef. Hell
Underpaid sla..very. "
Also kitchen porter. That’s a hard job, wet a lot, long hours, and difficult to get people for (wonder why)
It’s easier to replace a chef than a kitchen porter. |

Many jobs can be difficult, I think it depends on the person and how they view their job. But from my own perspective, my first job was restaurants supervisor basically a waitress that has to answer to the boss when the shit hits the fan. This was in a very busy restaurant located at roadside services. The first person most had seen after hours of being stuck in traffic. 14 years there destroyed my tolerance for people and their bullshit |

What one person might think is a terrible job, someone else may not.
I detest painting with all my heart! Painters would disagree!
I work in a nice office but the politics involved at work can really grind some people. Office life can be mentally very very stressful, long days, working with demanding, narcissistic people etc.

Revenue management & 14-19 Exam setting & Certification. When it all goes perfectly, no one says thanks, it’s expected. Make a small system error and 100’s of millions of revenue is lost or in case of exams it’s in the DM the following week.
But these jobs aren’t hard, they are just very high stakes if you or your team mess up.
I think secondary school teachers & social workers are the among the toughest |

"I read a survey that said the happiest professions were Beauticians and Hairdressers. I think this is because women love to talk, and gossip !!"
I once read something discussing how “gossip”is how women protect themselves and each other.
Hairdressers and beauticians probably do more to protect other women than just about anyone else. |

Same as any kind of IT support.
When everything is working, they wonder why they need you and suspect they overpay you.
When something is broken, it's your fault and the entire company is screaming for your head, all together. Fielding the enquiries and complaints about the problem makes it difficult to be able to actually fix the issue.
And issues never have the good manners to stick to sociable/convenient/office hours or consider your other commitments. |
