Does this site make you paranoid

Hi. I have been on this site many time , last year my wife went to an adult weekender at butlins. I was reading through stories on here about said weekenders and all the ladies seem to get what they want… this got me really paranoid to the point i was questioning her loyalty…
I still dont know weather she got fucked there or weather she behaved but we are not together anymore.. i had a break from the site and my paranoia improved
Wondering if anyone else feels like this |

Often, people who have something to hide are convinced that the people around them are hiding similar things. I think it's mostly projecting the simple fact that if you're not a good enough person to be loyal and honest, they obviously can't be better than you  |

Im not married now…. But have been guilty of perving on here in the past yes.. and i think thats what made me paranoid.. i have ocd so i do get intrusive thoughts a lot and being on here didnt help… |

It won't have helped that you were up to no good, so you think everyone else is.
Often people will accuse others of the same things they're guilty of, maybe to make themselves feel better.
Unless you're planning on getting back together, try and leave it in the past op. |

I don't think it's a good idea to think that what you read in here represents the average Butlins adult weekenders experience.
In fact I don't think it's a good idea to think anything you read on here is going to apply to you or your partner personally. |

High proportion of the posts i read i feel would be better placed in the stories and fantasies forum.
Take pretty much everything with a pinch of salt here. Certainly many tell a tall yarn. Unless you know for sure don't let FAB speak fuel any kind paranoia, most it is all derived from fantasy. |

Were you BOTH on here at the time. Was the Weekend away a FAB Weekend for swingers ?
Did you and she agree that she could NOT have sex with others if she went away ?
If it wasn't a FAB Butlins meet...... Why are you reading about women from here to judge your wifes behaviour and loyalty ?

If you have been cheating on her & she did fuck someone whilst she was on the weekend away some would say that's "karma"
What's happened has happened, nothing will change history, learn from it but go forwards and grow, be true to yourself and those around you.

Hmm, seems a bit double standards, it was ok for you to be trying to stray but not ok for her (if she even was)?
Anyway. It is unhealthy to stay somewhere that impacts your mental health negatively.
I would suggest at least taking a break and working on your thought process first.
