Not including sexual activities?
Yes I do. How often? Not as often as I should. That however will be rectified from tomorrow. I've now got gym accountability buddies. Kind of scared because although I'm strong and comfortable with weights, I'm not a sexy person at the gym. At all. |

Of course. I usually do it about 5-6 times a week including football, swimming and badminton alongside weightlifting, push-ups, planks, situps and 5-10k runs. |

I do, some days I do double sessions. Find a full body split works best for me in terms of my availability and how to balance any missed sessions. The main focus this year will be increasing flexibility and mobility as I am as stiff as a board lol
I have 1/2 marathon this year so treading myself to a new watch, and I’m getting back in the habit of running.
Also want to do a BJJ tournament at some stage so have a lot of work to do in terms of habits to get on track.

I aim for 4 gym sessions a week*. Football on a 5th day and a pretence of doing cardio another day a week too, but that remains aspirational!
*I've only been 3 times this week and was too tired to go today, but this thread is guilting me to get up and go...

"I worked out today. First time this year though
I don’t believe people when they say they get an endorphin rush from it. All I want is a McDonalds and an early night "
So standard evening mood from you then? |

4-5 mile daily cross country, split into 2 dog walks, this is pretty much routine now
Dumbells/calisthenics mon-fri, only a couple of months in and still figuring out what I like.
Best thing I did last year was sorting out my sleep schedule |

Not officially. My job is pretty active and I do a lot of walking. I try and do yoga, but its 'relaxed' yoga so it is mostly lying on the floor with my eyes closed. My perfect sort of exercise. |

I recently started exercising again at home three or four times a week - resistance training and/or using my exercise bike. I'm also getting out of the house and walking more. |

I was an athlete when I joined on here, Brucey. I used to run marathons and shite.
Then the pandemic happened, my mother died and my brother made my life very difficult so exercise fell to the bottom of the list. Trying to find the oomph to do it again but it is so difficult… |

Manage a little most mornings at home, between 5-7 days a week if I can...plus there's the 45 minutes walk to work, and work itself can be quite physical... I'll never achieve the body beautiful though. But I suppose I'm relatively fit |

I'm looking at the Tour de Manc this year. Always resisted it as i object to paying to ride roads that are local to me, but i need a target. |

Never seen the inside of a Gym.
The only sports I was any good at were Rowing and Motor sports, both sitting down sports you will note
Despite all that I have still made it to the age of 84, my target of 99 gets ever closer |

Pre covid (remember those days?) i was at the gym 5/6 days a week. Started running last January and do at least 30 miles a week now over 4 or 5 days. This year has seen me run in -3 degrees, storm force winds, heavy rain and the odd day's with blue sky. |

Just got back on the cardio trial but won't be attending gym's for that as find them utterly depressing places to be. Back on the running and cycling and taking in nature and the countryside where I can. |
