Has anyone done the lighter life diet? How did you find it?.Just curious as thinking about doing it.

You could buy the stuff from asda and do the meals yourself for a third of the price if not less

it does work but its hard and expensive, although i lost weight i put it back on when i came off it, so still a blob. lol

I think with up to date product marking by the more reliable shops/producers it is easy enough to work out your own diet, rather than paying an organisation to work things out for you.

everyone i know put the weight back on..

u need to get healthy and change your ways..

all these companies want is money

I did it for over 3 months lost 3 and 1/2 stone but would never do it again or recommend anyone else doing it.

You lose your hair once you start to eat again (it does grow back) I also suffered with gall stones and heart palpations

Another family member did it too and suffered with the same.
