Beak and Burning Sky's make some of the best IPA's. The Kernel Brewery is excellent. Northern Monk is pretty reliable along with Thornbridge.
I'm not a fan of most Brewdogs, but Hazey Jane is great.
If you can get it, the Seirra Nevada fresh hop celebration ale is incredible. |

Do you make the ‘blob’ yourself in a pan or buy them ready made?
I used to follow Mikkeller's ideas experimenting with wild yeasts from the forest ! But then I converted from beer to bread…. |

Cider is good, that comes in a pint glass too, so pretty close.
