In answer to what I’m hoping you meant by this question, the -ism suffix (or -ist) means simply “the act, practice, or process of doing something” so in your example it’s because it’s pretty much universally (I’m not saying entirely as there’s always people against) accepted that the process of feminism is for something good and racism, well you know the answer to that. |

A ‘Joke’ that supposed to be funny, but they know it’s simply to bait somebody.
