I have been looking at women's profiles and a lot of them moan a lot about men seriously though why are they on here?

Some I think are deliberately awful to put men off from sending women a message I find it bizarre

I'm here because there's nowhere else I know of that the majority of clubs list their vanilla events so I can see what's on at a glance if I want to go out for an evening.

Unfortunately I have to leave my filters down so I don't miss interesting party and event invites from people who host them and want me to tag along.

So I just have my profile as unwelcoming as possible to try and stem the constant flow of unwanted penii.

It doesn't work.

But at least I tried

The disconnect between how men experience the world and what's it like for women is huge. As a bloke, you only have to listen or read up on it a little bit to gain an insight. What seems like defensiveness is sadly essential at many times for women.

Because the majority of men on here are absolutely vile. Our profile doesn't put enough off imo. You should see the shite in our inbox from them.

Ironically, most are vanilla's more often than not in relationships wanting to use this scene to get their dicks wet.

Going by your post I am going to predict that someone will be along very soon to mention popcorn and then there will be a lot of defensive posts.

I agree with your post, there is a lot of profiles that sound like they are really not enjoying the site. It is not confined to just females though.

Obviously people can write what they like on their profile ( within rules ) but I am not sure it will attract the people they are looking for if it is too aggressive

The amount of abusive messages i have had from people on here is bad. I can only imagine what its like for women.

I just ignore profiles that don't interest me. I don't see any point in wondering why they are on here etc because they have as much right to be on here as anyone else.

People complain and moan about a lot of things on here, some things they can actually help avoid if they really want to. But they prefer to moan about messages they get,or the fact they don't get meets etc. It is the way of fab and won't ever change.

So it's easier to spend time looking for those who interest you than concentrating on those that don't.

You do see a lot of whiney or negative statuses and profiles…you just learn to skirt over them on fab.

I’ve had unkind and abusive messages in the past, I just delete and block. The good out weighs the bad for me

my profile is my profile its to the point blunt states what i dont want as well as what i do ... im here to meet nothing else just meet but 99.99% of men on here dont interested me at all ...most no sexual attraction ...loads are porn driven ...loads entitled ... loads childish ...loads vile but thats life in general not just fab ...if my profile puts men off then they are not the men im looking for anyway

and that 00.01% is still way tomany men as well ...i dont think men realise just how many men are on here ...i think alot of men dont understand what swinging is and think its just free for akk sex ... and if you think i only want to put men down well i dont im only here for the guys ... i could write alot more on why i dont use fab for couples or women...

its no different on here than in real life most people are not compactable in real life let alone a swinging scene..

finally i would hate to be a man on this scene just because of the % of men most will have zero chance just because of that alone

For many women, the site can feel quite oppressive I think. The messages. The statuses. The forums at times. There's a percentage of men who act as though women are only objects for their sexual gratification. It's difficult not to react to that sometimes by being negative or hostile on a profile. I've done it, but I think I'm better served by turning off messages from men periodically.

The ones that are deliberately trying to put men off are just trying to put men off from messaging *them*, not from messaging women in general. And sometimes they're only trying to put off *some* men, not all men.

If they've put you off, OP, it probably means that you aren't compatible. So that saves you a message! Yay! Time saved and now you can use that time on messaging someone else that you may be compatible with!

I actually find the milder messages day in/day out have more of an impact. "I want to see you on all fours with your tits swaying ready for me to pound you" (paraphrased). That kind of thing on a daily basis can get under your skin. I know what the responses will be. "Turn your messages off and go looking for men" or "you show your tits, what do you expect". How about (some) men don't send such vile disrespectful crap. Because plenty of men here DO know how to write nice, polite messages.

Agreed. Why take actions to improve your own experience when you can just hope a bunch of random guys on the internet will do better. I’m sure that’ll have great success

While you at it, might stop looking both ways before crossing the road. Why don’t drivers just learn to drive better and look out for pedestrians! I’m sure that won’t backfire
