rather people be honest about there size than hiude behind the dad bod tag ... i like men of all shape n sizes but attraction is key as well as getting on..
dad bod is every size make you can think of its just lazy ...women are like men we all like different same goes for mum bods i mean a mum can be a size 0 to a size 100 and still say shes a mum bod ..
these are only my opinions |

and to add op the problem is not you the problem is there are zillions of you and very few women and couples .. so its not a problem you can control .. alot of men will simply get nowhere through no fault of their own ...
all you can do is try and be honest and be you and hope someone likes what they see and contact you looks are important but are not the only requirement ..
its a very very hard scene for men most get nothing from it

i like larger guys i married one and i meet larger guys too but dad bod really means nothing a dad can be gym fit or large |

In fairness I think most people have a fair idea what dad bod means. It's not gym fit and it's not fat. It's still a pretty broad spectrum but it really just means 'in between' which is enough of a guide for most people.
Everyone I know understands that. |

My dadbod traits are the usual big belly & thinning hair. I have always dreaded the old man beer belly but at 45, its getting tough to shift it. It definitely knocks the confidence.

I’d like to refer to my OG thread today about being a larger gentlemen, I learnt a lot, and that when it comes to fab it’s very much open to interpretation rather than focusing on looks focus

So what is a dad bod? Mine has definitely changed a bit since I became a Dad over 30 years ago. Got a trimmed beard, longish hair and have never had a hairy bod. Not a frequenter of gyms but I'm happy in my own skin and like to share it from time to time |

Another dad bod with hairy chest here,but only a bit of stubble so not sure I count but to be fair I think some women like how we are and others won’t. As long as we can sleep at night being comfortable how we are then all good |
