It's not unremarkable! Especially if so many joiners are jumping onto Fab  . Could it be driven by those people in the area who may be desirable and may have expressed an interest in such people?

I noticed this because it's a few miles from where my grandparents lived and we must have driven through there quite a few times. There could be similar phenomena involving other towns, I suppose. |
