Reddit has a trans DIY where they teach young people how to covertly transition + hide the evidence from their parents
Would be a good place to start
However I would never recommend taking medicine or drugs without the help of a training professional |

I would echo getting on the proper care pathway. Having been on it myself, you really need to be assessed on the nature and degree of your GD (Gender Dysphoria) and get appropriate treatment and levels (eg fine tune how much hormones you may need).
