I'm not being rude or abusive to anyone, I send face pic and follow everything in the bio, just being a genuine nice guy and I just get instant blocked for no reason.
Anyone know why this happens and do you have any advice  |

People don't want to waste time always seeing the same incompatible profiles.
Blocking the ones that are never going to interest you makes it easier to see the other options.
It's not always a personal affront or something you've done wrong.
It's just a matter of efficiency  |

People use it as a filter, its not always something you have said or done, it just means they aren't interested and to stop themselves getting more messages they block.
Only advice I can give is get thicker skin or this place won't do you any good at all! |

People don't block for no reason. They do it for many reasons including
They don't want to communicate with you, they know you, they don't think you're compatible, you're too close to home and many more.
It's not the best feeling I know. |

Your profile reveals nothing about you. No pictures and no notion of who you are or what you enjoy. Buzz words read like a CV. Most of us block profiles that could be anyone fishing for pictures or doxy material |

We block people if they get sexual too soon, they aren't what we are looking for and they clearly didn't read the profile or they ask for snap/kik.
We have been blocked for just saying hello so it is what it is. |

Wouldn't overthink it on here buddy....people will have a set preference. You will be someone's. Couples and women probably get bombarded with messages, so as someone above said, it's just a more efficient way of managing it. Good luck.... |

My reason, only mine, is that I would block as you have no pic. To me it's lazy. I see the profile as a form to fill out and blank sections make it incomplete.

Instead look at what you can do to improve your chances of getting a response on here. Look at your profile as a shop window and sell yourself, to capture other people's attention...

Most people are not mutually compatible with most other people, including because they don't find you physically attractive.
Blocking prevents any further investment of time and energy into something that is going nowhere. Never flog a dead horse. Be grateful that you have a crystal clear answer to whether or not you were compatible. Like most others, you are not.
You did your best, presumably, with the interesting message and having a top grade profile. Now you move on and won't waste further time on the dead horse. |

Yea, see this is one thing I'm still getting over being on here, is when people ignore you're message or block or whatever, it's not personal in relation to you or the message you sent (as long as you were kind and not a dick obvs lol). So not taking it to heart too seriously is key. It can make me be really self critical sometimes and that's frustrating cos I'm aware it's not something personal. |

Someone sends a dick pic in the first message
If ive ignored the message and they keep spamming me
Or just genuinely not the kinda person i would want to meet which save’s everyone the time.
There could be reasons that are not directly linked to how you interacted. I wouldn’t worry over it though |

Exactly it really makes life so much easier as well. Not saying you would but from my experience a lot of guys do get quite rude when you turn them down so now its just easier to block. |

Reasons I block: blank profile (yup, I know mine is), limited text, crude user name, crude or derogatory terms used in profile text, lazy opening messages, overly sexual opening messages, repeated messaging. |

the block button is a tool and a very good one too i block for many many reasons and it makes my life on fab way way easier ... as i meet guys only via fab i dont block them at the filters i pre block anyone whom i feel is not for me for what ever the reason and my block list must be in the 1.000s..
your biggest problem is your yet another guy you outnumber women and couples by big big percentages/ % 100's to 1 ...your second biggest problem will be your age yes there are women who meet younger guys 26 is my bottom age but the vast majority wont .... you'll need thick skin as i would not want to be a guy on here or the scene as its for most non rewarding a huge chunk of men get nowhere some will get bits and a few will have goldenballs and do no wrong...
being blocked is not alway because you've done wrong there are many other reasons |

There is a woman on here who fucks everyone and anyone and barebacks. I’ve blocked the guys she’s been with.

This site is like roulette.some will chat but most ignore you . I used to take it personally but I also use the block button as a filter.If I see someone has read my message but doesn't respond I block most as to not message them again. |

I love the block button.
I even block multiple-viewers if I don't like the look of their profile, or my toes curl at their status update!
I just don’t want to see some people or their updates. I don’t mean any offence, but I equally don’t expect any. |

If you haven't been nasty rude or abusive then some just block if you're not their type.
It's annoying but remember the women on here get 50-100 messages a day maybe more, and quite often alot of repeat offenders who keep messaging them so it's a way to try to stop and reduce further messages in the future.

Is this long term in the south east or are you working there?.Reason I asked that is I'd get rid of the north west but if you are permanently down south now.
What can you offer someone who meets you and what are your interests?.
Most women and couples will check a profile before they decide to delete or reply and if there's nothing much there, they won't respond.
They may block you because many men can get abusive or start asking why not if told no. I know not all are like that, but we don't know who will/won't be.
Add some more pics op and pad out your text a bit more,so you stand out a bit more on here. |

Don’t let it beat you up, you may simply not be what they were looking for , and rather your profile keeps appearing in their search, a simple block , acts as a filter for many folk, with out any intended malice. |

They aren't interested in any interaction with you and blocking you ensures that and that you don't show up on any of their searches, who's near etc... It's not the personal slight alot of people seem to think it is |

Agreed. I block folks that don't respond to avoid messaging them by mistake again and seeming naggy. I also block folks that come up in my local area feed if our interests or tick box bits aren't compatible. Functional thing, not personal. |
