Or if it comprimises or threatens national security...

with freedom of speech comes the responsibility to use it wisely... and I always reserve the right to respond to your freedom of speech in any way I see fit.. legal or otherwise....

freedom of speech just for the sake of freedom of speech doesn't work anywhere in the world...

People should have the right to say whatever they feel, just so much as others have the right to tell them when they're talking shit.
