When I can see up someone's skirt.
For example if someone is sat opposite me and I can see with my perephal vision that something is on show.
I know I should avert my eyes, but now and then I have to have a very quick glance. I'm sure the ladies would be the same if someone had shorts on who was sat opposite. |
