Never too old to date - people in their 70,80’s, 90’s meet people and get married!
It’s an excuse used by unpleasant folk who are trying to make you feel grateful for the small attention they show you. |

Depends how old they were. Someone in their thirties won’t be interested in a relationship with someone my age. I wouldn’t either though. At least they’re being honest. I prefer honesty, even if I don’t like what they say. |

I’m a bit like that though, I’m very clear on what I want from the start. I think I probably scare people off to be honest  . I’m not saying what he said wouldn’t piss me off though. I’d tell him to poke it. |

One of the the main reasons I would never see a younger guy especially from a site like this. From my experiences, so many saying they like older women - but exactly we are old enough to have sex with but too old to date.
Which is a contrast as I'm in a FWB relationship with a younger woman - certainly it seems younger women are just as happy (I hope) in a relationship with an older woman as having sex  |

I don't think I'd appreciate it being said to me and it would firmly take sex off the table.
Would fully understand if both parties were are different stages of life, for example considering children in the future whilst yours are fully grown. Just think more tact and consideration could be used. |
