It's in the eye of the beholder. If you're here just for sex then anyone who doest have sex with you could be a timewaster. Whereas if you enjoy talking and if a meet comes of it, its seen as a bonus, then you'd not be as quick to label someone as a timewaster. |

Id say a time waster is anyone who you think has genuinely mislead you into false pretenses, lead you on believing in one thing and then not following through with the initial 'promise'..
could be a variety of things. Only you will know if you feel that you have had your time wasted. |

Admin sometimes have to wait for a few reports on people timewasting before they can act. If they banned everyone who was reported there would be no one left... |

That's it in a nutshell for us but so many use it as a stick to tar people who are fussy and decide not to meet after a few messages. |

Agree with both those, although I would add that they don't inform you they won't be coming, as sometimes genuine cancellations are made. |
