I’m a flavourologist by nature, I love flavours and combinations. You’re probably thinking barman and cocktails of a chef and food. I should have taken one of these careers but I chose differently, so this is just enjoying flavours when I come across them. This week I’ve enjoyed homemade fig and elderberry jam in Greek yogurt (mind blowing) and a Maltese dish ; spaghetti omelette!
