Good morning all hope your all well! Ive been up since 3.30am and im currently sat drinking tea and thinking what im going to cook for dinner!
My question is what do i cook? Whats your go to meal?

If I have that kind of time I like to do a one pot meal that can bubble away all day, reducing and getting rich and deep taste. Maybe a good homemade chilli. Get some part baked rolls so you can have fresh crusty bread to dip into it.
