No idea, never felt I needed to go to a gym.
In my eyes, if I can carry a V4 bike engine from a garage to my house (about one and half miles) without a hernia or a coronary then I'm fit enough???

""No way are you lifting that they said".... Popped it back in my underwear without breaking a sweat.
Do you have to drag it behind you like a crucifix? "
No, it's normal in shape. But it is a bit of a drag sometimes. |

"What I’m saying is, I can outlast a LOT of dudes.
Cool! Congratulations "
Thank you I’ve worked really hard for every ounce of strength I have in me. The gym is like a secular house of worship for me. When guys say to me, “please don’t do more dips than me,” … yes I am proud of that. |

You know the follow up question.
You all do. |

I go on all day mountain hikes.
I think my stamina is OK, I'm always trying to improve it.
And bodyweight exercises, I like those too.
I do the old school rocky type workouts, rather than the gym. |

I don't do the gym Op but if you like it & it suits you then ok!
I do about every now & again 2/2 & a half hours lessons of martial arts. Either bare hand or sword so, i'd say its alright.
I think your muscles have muscle memory so they never forget....
I'm much calmer but tired & perhaps a bit achy the next day but I didn't ache half as much last time I did sword forms. It gets at your shoulders a bit. |
