I'm sure this subject has been discussed before and I apologise in advance to those who are getting bored with it... but why do people describe what they are looking for and then when you state that you are looking for the same they switch off ? This is after looking at your profile and obviously like something on there |

Because there’s so much more.
Physical attraction
Mental attraction
But more importantly how do they know you’re not just agreeing with them to try and win favour?
Personally I like people who match with me on some things and not on other things at least it creates conversation rather than “I like…” and they reply “and me” |

Just because you think you both are looking for the same or similar things does not mean the other person thinks the same.
They may not like something you said or something in your profile etc.
Having similar interests is only a fraction of the pieces that need to come together for me to want to meet anyone off here anyhow. |

You've answered your own question. Having the same desires as someone doesn't mean that people are gonna say yes if they don't fancy you. |

Depends on what your profile says sometimes, whether your profile backs up your claims. When I was meeting, I sought long term friendships with one man. I would get loads of mail saying they sought the same. I would read their profile and it would say...49 year old man seeking women or couples, no detail. Man looking for nsa encounters.....to me that suggested they were saying what they thought I wanted to hear. |

They still have to like your pics and profile op, even if you think you fit what they're after.
When I'm meeting I look for local single men over 35.
However I wouldn't be interested in all single men over 35.
There has to be attraction and a connection for me to want to meet them. |

I've had socials with many women where we've allured in words. Socially, I wished the ground could have gulped me up. You never feel if there's a vibe until meeting together in person. |

because they were not interested in you ..... you can match as many profile as you like but no sexual attraction and if they like you in other ways will = not interested ... swinging is not a free sex with anyone anywhere or do anything scene swinging is so much more |

i think alot of people can get a vibe via message's there alot of swingers who dont do socials alot of my meets dont involve socials and anything that takes longer than 5 to 7 days to arrange a meet then i move on ....
my job dont allow me social meets timewise not only that most bore me to death there is such thing as knowing to much socials are very much the minority in the wider scene ... |

I disagree. Reading womens' profiles at large and in detail, most desire a connection in both text and face to face attraction. If not, it's a no thank you. |

Ticking the boxes is less than 1% of what we're looking for. There are perhaps several thousand men within travelling distance who can do or claim that.
Not 1 of them may be attractive.
This is really basic stuff wonders about people |

In your case maybe when they look at the information they have Avalon you it comes across as a tad dishonest and for most I’d guess swinging is partly about respect and honesty.
Don’t worry op you’ll be fine.
