100 walks

It's a self congratulations thread to....myself lol

I went for my 100th walk this morning, since last Jan. March 2018 was the last time I stepped a foot out the front door, Jan 2023 was the first step.

I'm chuffed, knackered, sweating, the usual crying with sheer panic.....but 100 fucking walks

Next goal: the doctors surgery
