It's good but it's not the one.
There is a section where these lyrics appear verbatim "Ba-da ba ba ba ba ba-da, baaa da ba ba ba ba ba ba"
So it's not an instrument, it's the main vocalist making that sound with he's face. |

Watched the Lovecats(sic) twice to try and see where "Ba-da ba ba ba ba ba-da, baaa da ba ba ba ba ba ba" comes into it.
Not going to bother a third time!
Earlier, 'Anarchy in the UK got a mention.
Now that was well worth watching.great performance.

I did cheat. I ba ba ba'd it into Google song identifier and it cam back with Tom's Diner.
