"Get one of those Sports Direct mugs and your problem is solved. "
Ah but mug construction is key.
The sports direct ones are great if you're a speed dunker, as they're big enough to cope with a giant sized biscuit, but due to the diameter and the relatively thin walls, the coffee doesn't stay hot for long enough.
What's needed is a larger diameter mug, with thick walls to retain heat, providing you with up to an hour to work through your packet of hob nobs without being left dunking in a luke warm or cold caffeinated beverage.
I've done extensive research on this.... |

And the bigger the surface area, the quicker it's going to cool down too. |

May be they are in cahoots - the biscuit company want you to take a bite before dunking so it doesn't feel like you've dunked enough and therefore consume more biscuits. The mug company purposely made their mugs small so you'd consume more biscuits. It's genius if you ask me |

"...and this is why I sometimes drink M&S Shortbread infused tea. It tastes like the biscuit has already fallen in but without the associated dredge."
So with tea infused shortbread, you wouldn't even need to clean your bønê chïnå afterwards |

I'll try my best but once you get an anonymous envelope containing Rich Tea crumbs through the door, that's game over. |
