Lifes departure lounge NN9 Northamptonshire East not West MidlandsMidlands

I make my Victoria Sponge cake with a hint of Lemon in the cake itself, the filling is either Homemade Strawberry Jam or fresh Strawberries along with Fresh cream ( Not the spray on stuff) the cake is then dusted with icing sugar.

The last one I made was yesterday morning for my own Birthday and was devoured in minutes when the family came round.
