The press are and always have been scum.
They lie and manipulate and will do anything to get the story … and justify it by saying it’s in the public interest.
I have had dealings with the press relating to harrowing stories they are itching to get their hands on … some of their methods and threats of getting to the story are utterly abhorrent.
