All over

What's yours at the moment? I seem to have lost mine even though I usually love my food.Just having a few cracers and a bit of cheese as very little appetite for anything else tonight. What are you having?

Gone back to basics here. Beans on toast, chips and beans, scrambled egg on toast.

Well I usually go shopping on Thursday but been to ill to go out. So I'm living on freezer and cupboard food. No goodies. Will go tomorrow though

Endives chick peas two types of onion sweet potato a type of artichoke mushrooms all gently sweated down in a covered pan in olive oil and butter with a mixture based on mustard and herbs.

Tasting good and we eat at nine our time.

Eve has lost two kg in two months just by eating well.
