Not sure how it holds up 40+. years later, but watched Salems Lot when i was kit and it scared the shite out of me for months. My cousin got an arse kicking for watching it while she was looking after me |

Killer Sofa It's not the horror that will traumatise you though, it's just a really horrendous movie |

"Watership down
I don’t think that one had too much of an effect on me or my sister to be honest. We must have been weird kids
And now you’re a weird adult
I myself am strange and unusual"
And now I want to watch Beetlejuice |

General Wundworth, the owsla, the destruction of the original warren and Effrafa are the things of nightmares. Watch with care! :D |

Mirrors.
Properly freaked me out for ages and made me fear reflective surfaces for a few days, only watched it twice for this reason.
I usually find horrors funny if anything but mirrors really got me.

The Devil's Hour with Peter Capaldi - it's a whole series of "what the fuck!".
Goes off a little bit for the final two episodes, but it's one of those that sets your own mind thinking, and your own mind will do all the work for you.
95% on Rotten Tomatoes x. |

Oh it's so good isn't it? Because you loved that, what about Oculus? It's not particularly well known but it has some incredibly spooky, fucked up parts. Very Flanagan. |

You could try "The Haunting" (1963) set in a haunted house (Hill House) |

Can you message me OP? I'd rather pm you the film as not something I enjoy sharing with others. |
