"If you weren’t doing the job you do, what job would you fancy doing? Or what would you like to go and study?
Serious or silly answers welcome. "
I'd love to travel the world teaching Tango, but I'm nowhere near good enough to teach it in my lounge let alone worldwide.
Plus, does teaching something you love take away a bit of that love........?

I would love to be a serious anthropologist or historian along the lines of Prof Alice Roberts. That womans intellect and breadth of knowledge is staggering (she also rocks a leather jacket). I don't have the intelligence to have achieved what she has but I try and learn what I can from reading etc. |

If there were no other obstacles, I'd go back and be a vet.
Or something where I can travel a bit and work. |

I should and could have been an actor.
I love to entertain and enjoy acting almost like its a game. to learn the lines, look like you really are the character you are portraying and make it believable.
Unfortunately, Its not what you know but who you know in that industry and I hated all the arse lickers and back stabbers and could not be bothered with it all!
Now looking back, I sometimes regret not trying harder.
But I have done a fair bit of film extras work and love doing it when the chance arises!

"I'd like to be the person that tests hotel rooms for comfort and features.
A mystery shopper of 5* hotels and resorts. "
I saw a job posting for someone who goes out to test hotels for comfort and ease of access for nefarious, illicit activities for the cheaters of the country. Or wait, they likely meant those that need to be discreet. |

Seriously?
It's aiming very high.
Before I die, I'd like to be part of the redefining philosophy, ethics, science, culture, and politics that's starting to take hold across "holistic" channels of thought and being.
It would change the entire trajectory of the last 12,000 years.
Science is touching it with holographic theory, culture with neuroqueerness/diversity, and politico-economics with chaos theory and behavioural economics.
But none of it is "knit" together in usable ways yet.
So, a part of knitting it together, with others, and leaving something useful and future-needed behind.
Failing that, professional friend to panthers x. |

"If I was going to work, I’d like to probably teach sociology. I think giving up on that dream was probably a mistake
Teach me. "
I’d have been a great teacher. Well so say the staff at the school I worked in
I’ll tutor you though |

Ooooooooo. What if there were jobs going in that sort of thing?! "
Well given I turned down my PGCE place I think I’d have to do that first. And with sociology not being a PGCE with bursary and no local salaried routes other than teach first It remains a ‘what could’ve been’ |

I've been asking myself this question. I don't really know the exact job but something where I'm helping people, where I'm making a positive difference to someone else's life, something rewarding and job satisfaction. |

Marine biology/conservation. Done it and loved it but there was no money in it (abroad that is). I'd like to be in a position to go back to that.
Or an astronaut.
Or oddly an embalmer. I met someone who does that for a living. Her job satisfaction is more than most people I've ever met! |
