"It was a Chelsea one and it was my favourite
Ahhh I forgot to add, what season was it from?
Um 2008/09 "
I remember that kit! It was a pretty good looking one too. They wore that in the Champions League final, didn't they? |

There's something to be said about the plain shirts with just the crest on it. So simple and good looking |

I just Googled it and that's certainly... A style "
It was the green one (93/94). I suspect you saw the 92/93 one that looked like an ECG/lie detector gone wrong!

"I bought the Ajax home shirt, the white one with the red.
Because I fancied Kluivert.
Fun fact, soon after I discovered I didn't know a thing about football but I was having a lovely time!

I love Ajax's kits, Kluivert was a bit of a looker too |

My first (and only) football shirt was a Derby County home shirt from 2002 after I played in a charity football match against some ex-pros at the old Baseball Ground stadium. It'll always be my favourite shirt, mainly because it was such a memorable and charitable occasion |

Yes, Arsenal home shirt, 1986! It still lives on a childhood teddy bear (well monkey) as I couldn't throw either away.
I also vividly remember getting the England 3rd kit from the 1990 World Cup (light blue). Loved it, but remember being a bit self conscious wearing it at times.
Not a shirt, but my favourite item was the Arsenal tracksuit top from the 88/89 title season - I wore it relentlessly! |

I've always rated your taste YOLO and this just confirms it. The England 1990 kit is a classic and holds up today and I would also wear that tracksuit top except, you know, Arsenal |

"What's yours, Joe?"
Mine was the Man United 01/02 away shirt. The reversible one from black and white to black and gold because I thought it was the coolest thing ever
My favourite one is probably the 06/07 home shirt because I loved the white collar and cuffs and gold trim |

Arsenal 95-96 was my first football strip.
The Layton Orient 16-17 strip is probably my favourite, a special to commemorate the 1916 Clapham Orient strip. |

I've always been drawn to away tops for some reason. I had a Scotland one that was white with a blue St Andrews Cross on the front. |

Hmmmmmm. Mine wasn't actually mine. It was my Dad's. It was enormous and I was only about 5 or 6. I used to wear it as a nightie. It was my favourite
It was a Tranmere Rovers away shirt from the 1989/90 season, if I recall correctly. |

It was an England shirt, heavy cotton with CELLNET emblazoned across the midriff and long sleeves.

Might’ve actually been the first sponsorship on an international shirt… I’m gonna google that now!

A white Admiral Man United one, with the 3 vertical black stripes down the side. Back in the late 70's at a guess. It was before they become 'popular' so to speak. It came with a signed Gary Baily book - not sure how my Dad got it.
These days it's Cheltenham Town shirts |

Not to sure of the season I'm sorry.
My 1st Football shirt was West Ham home shirt when I was young. No sponsor.
My all time favourite Wrst Ham shirt was the original sky blue with 2 claret hoops. Again no sponsor.
Also I have to give a special mention to to iconic Celtic home shirt.
Recognised worldwide. Again preferably no sponsor. |

To.add, it wasn't my favourite, that was either an Ac Milan away top, white with a collar and long sleeves around 2000 or a 2003 real betis top with no sponsor. |
