Obviously, Estella, the GOAT heartbreak song is Heartbreak anniversary by Giveon and his wireless performance is one of my favourite videos ever. Drinking wine in the sunshine singing this song on stage with thousands of Londoners singing it back. Such a mood |

Do you ever find that when you’ve used a piece of music like that, (and I’ve used one to death) that it acts as a trigger.
Like, I’m over things but that one song just gives me jelly brain and an achey heart.
I can’t even type the title of one track as just having it in my mind fucks my head.

Yes, I know it's not to me but that definitely happens. There's one artist, one particular song that really helped but if I hear it now I rush to turn it off. Jelly brain is a good way of describing it. |

I also (but conversely love) that feeling when you hear a new song and it already gives you a feeling of nostalgia as it just encapsulates all your feels. |

It did, but I replaced it with something positive - my ’I’m over this shit now’ song was Stupid Love by Lady Gaga. Worked a charm. |
