My sausage casserole is one of my go to signature dishes … the basis for this is the BBC Hairy Bikers recipe.- it’s gorgeous. Mmmm

I always use whole sausages … and always cook them first. I use a mix of Lincolnshire, tomato, bratwurst, Cumberland and caramalised onion sausages. … it’s a lucky dip as to which ones you get.
