Loneliness can be crippling. There are times I prefer my own company and other times not so much.
A lot of cafes now do a scheme where people can buy a drink and leave a note on a board for someone else to claim it so there’s an option to get you out if you can’t afford one.
Or sometimes just go for a walk. Same route about the same time. It’s amazing that sometimes you see the same people and start talking

Get off fab, exercise read a book. Challenge your mind. Fab for sure isn’t going to solve your depression. Talk to someone not on here, posting statuses and forums isn’t beneficial at all unless you’re a fan of the validation replies. This isn’t a dig to anyone but fab scrolling time wasting on here on forums and winks is such a waste of your time.
Take this as you wish but if you agree with this slightly then go to a professional (moi) or someone local and have a serious chat that can improve your life.
Hoping some couple from miles away is going to boost your mental state by saying the same shit really isn’t going to help at all.
