So, this might fall flat on its ass because of how the forum is and nobody being local to anyone, but.
Say you're in, and if you see somebody local enough for you to travel to give them a wink.
If they wink back.
Meet up and shag innit. (Or at least chat)

Sorry OP  however, I do travel down to Liverpool a few times a year so technically I can have Scotland and the North West  x |

The last time I played this, about four years ago when I was still wet behind the ears with this malarkey, I discovered my wink to a certain young lady was one of 400 winks languishing like unloved orphans in her Inbox.
I suspect this endeavour works better the other way around.
