Early Bird or Night Owl

Some of us are definitely morning people and rarely make the midnight hour, others think there’s only one 8 o’clock in the day.

I’m definitely an early bird, up before 6 even on my days off work! (Sad I know, a bit like this thread).

What about you lot?

"Both, I work long shifts so I see both ends of every day "

I work long shifts too, starting early. I think that’s why I’m up early everyday - body clock and all that

Early bird. Always morning wood lol. But never see 10.30. Up 4 o’clock every week day and weekends can’t sleep in.

Night owl,

I tend to do a fair few night shifts. I'm not a great sleeper.

Always up early and always up late. Usually have a snooze on the sofa early evening then can't sleep. That's what nightshift does to you.

I struggle to get up for my company zoom at 9AM. I need 3 alarms.

On weekends I rarely get up before 10AM.

I'm up until at least 2AM every night. So, yeah, I'm a child of night. I find it peaceful.

Worthing

I cannot recall the last time I had a "lay in". Sometimes post gig going days but now I am up mostly at the same time.
