Mixed 2 heap tbps sour cream or creme fraise with the same amount of soft cheese. Mix with some taco seasoning. Spread on a plate. Cover with layer of tomato salsa. Sprinkle grated cheese and eat with tortilla chips. Devine!

Under normal circumstances I'd be on it like a shit but after just having gallbladder out and still on the mend. Fatty foods are off the menu for a little bit. Keeping it simples

Have oatcakes and ratatouille, you'll be amazed how much they bring out the flavour of the oatcakes and good for the digestion too
