I guess it’s gonna be different between everyone regardless of our sex.

Regular sex I will abstain for because I love the feeling of desire and to hold onto it and the energy and let it loose with whoever I'm sleeping with. It depends on how regular and what point in my cycle I'm in though. At ovulation point I can be insatiable for example. If it's regular enough I will only do anything sexual with them and no one else if they are involved with me enough, it needs to be weekly at least, any longer and I'll give into myself. |

I find the opposite is true. If I'm not in a sexual headspace, I just don't. If I'm having lots of sex, I'm likely to wank more. I don't have a finite amount of sexual desire that can get used up or wasted by wanking rather with a partner. |
