Tom is a big fan of the Italians and I'm one Italian province called Bolzano they have set the benchmark that England should follow. Each and every dog and 40000 of them have DNA taken and every time a dog owner leaves dog dhot in public then the DNA will be traced and the owners prosecuted and fined heavily.

How does that even work? Did everyone trot down with a crap sample from their dog to be added to a database? Did they go door to door to take a sample swab from the dogs arses?... Can't even get folk to put dogs with shit recall on leads round here, nevermind pick up their actual shit  |

Dam, years ago I was told you can't get DNA from turds, since then I have been scrupulously forensic aware, gloves, hair net the lot.
But I like to curl out a steamer right in the middle of the crime scene just before I leg it, them f©©kin boffins with there advances in DNA tek-nik, I hope no one craps in my porridge |
