I need a present for a 1year old boy. I am struggling for ideas and thought some one on here might be able to give me ideas I'm looking at about the tenner mark pricewise.

The Town by The Cross

Only buy books if they are CLOTH or PLASTIC for the bath.

Don't buy anything delicate.

There is a Fischer Price I phone for about a tenner.

Or go to the early learning centre for something musical ( acoustic )

Noooooo I meant DONT buy books UNLESS they are cloth or board or plastic.

One year olds just rip books.

Books with sounds always go down well, especially if you know which tv show or character they like

Maybe.

Far more enjoyable if the child can touch them.

That's cute but I got his sister the dolphin ones for her first birthday and they still have them. But I have another baby to buy for later in year so will maybe get the octopus set then.
