Made a post like this before and got zero response

Any musical people out there creating your own stuff?

I make electronic music in the spectrum of UK garage, house and sometimes stretch to techno and jungle?

Also play drums so not going to exclude anyone who makes rock, blues etc

Make yourself known!

Or any good singers out there who'd be willing to collaborate on something

New record label incoming

Hiya

I got a drum kit from Santa and so I am just learning to play it. I can do a simple back beat at about 110 BPM but any changes screw me over. I also play bass guitar, but only other people's music. Probably not what you are looking for.

J is much more musically talented than me.

Hi B thanks for the reply no that's cool. Drums and bass go hand in hand if you're nifty on the bass you should get the timing for the drums.

When it comes to drums be loosely goosey baby. A lot of good human swing (no pun intended) gets lost in being too robotic with the tempo keeping if you get me.

What does J do?

No musical talent here whatsoever. I have tried to learn guitar, bass, piano, and of course the recorder. Absolutely useless at them all, whatever I learn doesn't stay in my head. But still, I'll keep trying because music is life! I just mostly enjoy it my dancing to it, and the occasional sing along

As long as you enjoy doing it you're in the right place. Don't have to be a master at something to enjoy learning it and the journey along the way. That's literally what it's all about

Music is life. From the love dove generation me. Acid-hardcore-Rave-Junglist-DnB house/tech/ anything with a fat beat and filthy bass I love to the core.

Used to produce a bit back in the day with a mate. Had 2 labels, proximity and f2g. Also a few dubplates pressed for my sets when dj’ing.

That aside I have a very far and wide range of tastes of music. Raised on soul/motown/reggae by siblings, swing from dad and classical from mum.

Nothing better than putting a piece of music on and drifting away.

Good luck with the new label
