They were in a position of power, huhne was an instrument in making laws in this country and believed he was above those laws

Should have got more

Aitkin got 18 months for perjury

Archer got 4 years

Huhne tried to get the case thrown out several times.

It is a bit of a worry really, we share one car, and I often ride J's bike if it the easiest one to get out when I am going somewhere local... she doesn't use my bikes much but 2 of them she could ride from time to time, If the mood was there...

If a ticket arrived say 3 - 4 weeks after the offence not 100% sure we would know who was driving / riding at the time
