"No I never deliberately make myself suffer .
Is it safe to spend that long at low temperatures with no clothes on?"
No suffering involved, I came in as soon as I felt mildly uncomfortable.
I seem to be good at both ends of the spectrum, was in Cephalonia once when the day temperature was around the low to middle 40’s and had no problem despite no aircon. The night temperature was more uncomfortable at mid to high 30’s but quite bearable ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

I understand that subjecting yourself to very low temperatures for short periods is beneficial. I'm too used to comfort to try it |

"Felt good
Are you a follower of Wim Hoff? I think that's his name"
Never came across him. I went to a beach a few years back where nearly everyone was bare, after a couple of hours I decided to be naked too. Tried it in all the various climactic conditions now and am fine with most, depending on how long. Usually good for up to half an hour or more |

I enjoyed it. I always go in to the cold plunge pool after a sauna too |

"I get Raynaud's on my hands and feet. It's a hard no from me
Ah, fair enough
For context, I have white Raynaud's patches on my fingers right now, in the bathroom, which has a radiator on "
Jeez, sounds awful. Sympathies ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |
