I have two. But each have their own expertise so I go there to sanity check what I am thinking, am I being unreasonable, is there anything I could have done or how can I plan going forward?
I tend to massively overthink and it can be like having a pin ball in my head pinging from side to side. So yes, I do sometimes need that outlet. |

sadly nobody, I’ve been amazed at the amount of stuff I’ve been able to deal with alone when that was the only option given to me now.
I hope your okay op, nobody deserves to feel sad. |

"Who do you turn to when you need a shoulder to cry on?? "
There’s no one I trust enough to turn to them, so still struggle through in my own and hope that, one day, I will be able to share…….. having said that, I have started to open up …… a little …… to someone so watch this space I guess |

My husband.
Swears like NAFFI with piles, makes breathtakingly rude jokes and farts like a trooper (speciality: a note-perfect alien greeting from Close Encounters of the Third Kind), but wonderfully attentive and you can tell him anything. |

"I work it through myself... once it's rationalised, it depends what it is, as to who i might tell "
I’m the same, I’m a private person I have friends and family but it’s very rare I speak to anyone about an issue or something I’m going through… |
