So I just read online that the labour party set up a computer system to dectect going ons within the post office. The then fujitsu buys in stages ICL which labour set up in 1968
The Government needs to be held accountable as well as others.
People were wrongly prisoned over this.
What are your thoughts? |

I reckon alot is still to be revealed about this scandal and hopefully the right people will be jailed. I have family members involved in this so well aware of the many years of stress this has created for so many innocent people. |

The government was only a procurement body. Fault and culpability sits with the PO and Fujitsu. I see the MD if Fujitsu Europe has already said they have a moral duty to contribute to compensation. PO leaders should be looking at jail time though imo. |

Apparently Labour retasked the computer system that had been set up by the government of John Major for something else that it didn't work for. The system can't be pinned to one political party and neither can the fuck ups that followed. This was a systemic cover up and abhorrent behaviour by the post office management and fraud investigators since at least 1999.
